Situated in the Soc Son District, 40km from the centre of Hanoi, Noi Bai has been designated by the Vietnamese Government to harbour one of Hanoi's industrial zones. The introduction of the Law of Foreign Investment in Vietnam in 1987, sees the area rapidly developing due to increasing number of foreign investors benefiting from tax incentives, low overhead costs and positive foreign investment policies.
