Hanoi is the capital of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. It is located in the center of the Northern Delta and covers over 927 sq km with a population of 3 million people. Hanoi is the gateway to travel via land, sea, or air to other states in Vietnam, Asian countries and the world.

Sixty-two percent of Vietnam's intellectual human resource is accounted for in Hanoi. This includes academically qualified professionals living and working in Hanoi resulting in a very competitive workforce. Consequently, they are adept in modern technology and management skills.

Hanoi has international schools, hospitals of international standards and five-star hotels. These factors contribute to Hanoi steadily becoming the centre of the Economic and International Exchange for Vietnam.
