CHAIRMAN
MR NGUYEN VIET VUONG
Mr Nguyen Viet Vuong was appointed as Chairman of Noi Bai
Development Corporation Limited in 2004. He also currently
serves as Director of the Hanoi Industrial Construction Company
(HICC). Earlier, Mr Vuong was HICC's Head of the Technical
Construction Department. A qualified engineer by profession,
Mr Vuong is a graduate from the Civil Construction University,
Hanoi.

GENERAL
DIRECTOR
MR VIRAT DINRAT
Mr Virat Dinrat was appointed as General
Director of Noi Bai Development Corporation Limited in 1997.
Prior to this appointment, he was the Country Manager for
the Renong-UEM Group in Vietnam. In 1991-1994, Virat Dinrat,
who served in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service of
Malaysia since 1976, was Malaysia's Trade Commissioner to
Vietnam. He is a graduate of the University of Malaya (B.A.Hons)
and GSPIA, University of Pittsburg (MPA). Virat obtained a
Certificate of Marketing from Investrade Institute, Brussels
(Asean-EU programme) in 1989.

MR SUHAIMI
HALIM
En. Suhaimi who is the Group Managing Director
of Opus International Group plc (formerly known as Kinta Kellas
plc) was appointed Director of NBDCL in 2002. He holds a Diploma
in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology in
Malaysia and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University
of Glasgow, United Kingdom. His wide exposure to the United
Engineers (Malaysia) Berhad Group's diversified operations
began in 1988 when he was taken on board Pengurusan Lebuhraya
Berhad, a subsidiary of Kinta Kellas as a Planning Engineer.
Subsequently, in 1996, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer
of Kinta Kellas plc and in 1997, he was transferred to Linkedua
(Malaysia) Berhad as the Managing Director. This was followed
by a period as Managing Director of Expressway Lingkaran Tengah
Sdn Bhd (ELITE), a position he held from May 2001 to July
2002. He also sits on the Boards of Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad,
Pengurusan Lantas Berhad and several other private limited
companies in Malaysia.

MR NGUYEN
VAN DINH
Mr Nguyen Van Dinh joined Noi Bai Development
Corporation Limited as Deputy General Director in 1997. Prior
to this appointment, he served as Chief of Civil Construction
Enterprise No. 9 and before that, in various capacities with
the Hanoi Industrial Construction Company (HICC), which he
joined since 1982. Nguyen Van Dinh is a qualified civil engineer
and a graduate of the Hanoi Water Resources University.

MR CHIN CHI HAW
Mr Chin Chi Haw has more than 25 years of extensive experience
in engineering, construction and project management of large-scale
infrastructure projects. His experience ranges from transportation
developments such as expressways and airports to mixed built
environment schemes such as townships and related facilities.
He has also a considerable experience in commercial viability
evaluation of projects and business initiatives, both in local
and international environments.
