Noi Bai Industrial Zone (NBIZ) was developed by Noi Bai Development Corporation Limited (NBDCL), a joint venture between Vista Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kinta Kellas plc (now known as Opus International Group plc) and Hanoi Industrial Construction Company.

Amongst the projects which Kinta Kellas is currently project managing are the Electrified Double Track project for Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) in the central region of Malaysia and the Teluk Sapangar naval base project in Sabah.

HICC’s experience has seen the company being responsible for numerous projects throughout Vietnam, including the construction of major infrastructures, factories and public buildings. Specifically, its projects in Hanoi include the Hanoi Post Office, the Mai Dich & Ngoc Ha Water Treatment Plant, the Hanoi Milk Factory and The Hanoi People’s Committee Building.
